Meet the founder team
Andy Nash
Andy is now Bradwell District Councillor and was a parish councillor in Bradwell for more than ten years. He is Chair of Bradwell Community Land Trust (https://bradwellclt.org/). He was part of the team that created the Bradwell Neighbourhood Plan which led to the formation of the CLT. Andy’s background is in running large projects across a wide range of industries, including telecoms, logistics, transport and the NHS. He’s loves skiing and enjoys cycling and walking when there’s no snow.
Mike Joseph
Also from Bradwell, Mike is a parish councillor and the technical and manufacturing brains behind the Bradwell hydro-driven Christmas lights. He is a serial social and commercial entrepreneur and is committed to education and social change projects that make a difference. He has senior level experience with leading international organisations and has lived and worked in Europe and the USA. Mike is a keen runner, cyclist and general sportsman.
Dominic Swords
Dominic is the Chair of Hope with Aston parish council. He is a visiting professor in Business Economics at Henley Business School and runs a successful consultancy delivering business leadership projects internationally, including the “beyond fossils” strategy for Danone. Dominic has lived and worked across Europe and enjoys walking and working on the restoration of his grade II listed home.
